A Mini Optical Mouse Allows the Freedom to Give You Increased Control Over Your PC, Even on the Road
by Jason Taloner
Don't worry about installation and driver problems. If you can plug a USB drive into a port, then, chances are, you are ready to upgrade your laptop by using a new mini optical mouse. In several features mini optical mice are basically similar to the regular old PC computer vanilla mouse that has been around for decades -- since the 80's really. Let me get this straight. I absolutely hate scroll pads. I refuse to use them. They are slow and troublesome and make jerky mouse movements. Is a brand new mini optical mouse worth the investment? Yes, I think so.
If you have ever sat in an airplane seat, and tried to use your laptop full size PC mouse, then you probably know what I'm talking about. Imagine there you are, stuck on a flight from Cleveland to God Knows Where, and you need to work on your laptop. A mini mouse affords you the efficiency of a full size mouse, without the cumbersome weight, nor the tendency they have to bump into things. We'll list a couple features.
Freedom to control your laptop PC in a way that it was intended to be used - with a real mouse - not a scroll pad. Portability and ease of use -- no need to finagle with wires these days. Modern mini mice offer Bluetooth technology, wireless communication with your computer, and long lasting batteries -- that turn themselves off if they are running for too long. In terms of productivity, well mice have always outdone scroll pads. Given two people, one with a mouse and one with a scroll pad, the mouse user always wins in terms of the number of operations he can perform per second.
